Q: Can I combine LipSense® Liquid Lip Colors?
A: Definitely. This is one of the best benefits of the three-step application process. You may apply any combination of colors by layering to create a custom color.

Q: Not all customers feel a tingling sensation when they first apply the LipSense® Liquid Lip Color, however some do. Why?
A: Customers who feel a tingling sensation may have dry lips. Two to three days of conditioning the lipswith our rich Moisturizing Gloss should alleviate the dryness. The tingling sensation should cease with the consistent use of the Moisturizing Gloss. Please do no apply on broken skin.

Q: Is Lipsense® approved by the FDA?
A: Approval starts at the raw material level. All raw materials in LipSense® products are approved by the FDA. Furthermore, LipSense® is manufactured in an FDA approved manufacturing facility.

Q: Have animal testing methods been used while developing LipSense® Liquid Lip Color?
A: SeneGence™ does not use animal testing for any of its products.

Q: After each LipSense® application, how long will the product last on my lips?
A: Assuming three applications have been applied and the Moisturizing Gloss is applied to prevent drying, the liquid lip color will last several hours. The exact length of time is dependent upon your personal body chemistry. Longevity is also affected by medications and alcohol intake.

Q: Why do I need the whole set of LipSense® Liquid Lip Color, Moisturzing Gloss, and Ooops!™ Remover?
A: To protect the integrity of the color as well as moisturizing the lips, Moisturizing Gloss must be reapplied as it wears off. Also, Ooops!™ Remover is recommended for those Ooops!™ mistakes made while applying LipSense®.

Q: As a customer, may I buy more than one LipSense® Liquid Lip Color and an extra moisturizing gloss without having to purchase the complete set again?
A: Yes. Your first purchase of LipSense® must include the entire set. Additional purchases of LipSense® Liquid Lip Colors and Moisturizing Gloss are optional.

Q: What do I do if I accidentally spill some of the LipSense® Liquid Lip Color on my clothing?
A: It has been our experience that most of the LipSense® Liquid Lip Color can be removed from clothing with dry cleaning fluid. Take the garment to your dry cleaners or ask to purchase a small amount of their dry cleaning fluid. Be sure to first test the garment to ensure the dry cleaning fluid does not ruin the garment.

Q: How does one become a Distributor?
A: The SeneGence Independent Distributors who sold you the product will give you a Distributor Application form and Agreement. They will gladly help you fill out the application. Or you can apply to SeneGence Independent Distributor on-line. Please visit: www.senegence.com.

Q: Do all SeneGence Independent Distributors sell the products for the same price?
A: The Company has a set suggested retail price for all products. The Company highly recommends all Independent Distributors sell the products at the suggested retail price for best results.

Q: As a SeneGence Independent Distributor, how do I order inventory and how long does it take to receive it?
A: SeneGence accepts Distributor Product Orders via website entry, fax, email or regular mail. Credit card purchases are always the recommended form of payment. We do accept checks. Either mail the check with the order forms or fill out the bank routing and checking account information on the Distributor Order Form to pay with electronic debit from your checking account. Orders are shipped by ground unless otherwise requested and may take 5-7 days after processing to arrive.
